4.Stock Reports

The Stock Reports provide detailed insights into your inventory, sales, and stock movements. Use these reports to track stock levels, monitor transactions, and analyze costs and financial performance across your business.


  • GL Sales Report - Provides a detailed breakdown of sales and stock item costs by GL account code, location, date, and type, offering a clear view of financial performance including COGS.
  • Stock Items - Provides a simple list of all the stock items with details of the stock Name, SKU/Barcode and Measurement Type.
  • Stock Item Export - The Stock Item Export report provides a list of all the stock items and attributes that the system has recorded.
  • Stock On Hand - Provides a detailed view of current inventory levels, including item names, categories, SKUs and breakdown components. With insights into low stock warnings and surplus quantities across locations, this report helps venues monitor and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Stock Transactions - Provides a detailed log of all stock movements including transaction types, quantities, costs and associated items. With comprehensive data on stock categories, SKUs and user actions this report enables venues to track inventory changes, control costs and maintain accurate stock records.
