How to activate Memberships

  1. Submit a request to the Help Centre to enable memberships which includes:



    Enabling online membership sales

    Automated membership payments

    Automated payment reminder emails

    An email template for membership confirmation



  2. Create a Membership Product Category

    Navigate to Operations > Product Categories and click the New Category button to create a new product category:



  1. Fill in the relevant fields:



    Mandatory fields include:

    Name = Membership

    Priority = 0 (Priority irrelevant for Membership category, as its display order online can't change)

    Product type = Membership



    Other fields:

    Note:

    Changing HIDDEN to Yes will prevent Memberships from showing on the landing page until you are ready to release your new membership package
