Details
Name | The name of the product category as it will appear in the POS, ONLINE and Reporting. Keep it short. |
Priority | Determines the display order; lower numbers appear first |
Colour | Assigns a colour to the category for easy identification |
Product type | Specifies the type of products within the category, such as Session Voucher, Gift Voucher, or Membership. |
Hidden | Yes - Will Not Show on the Landing Page |
For reporting | Yes/No |
POS & Online Sales Options
For POS & Online Orders | NO - Products with this category are NOT for POS and ONLINE sales YES - Products with this category ARE for POS and ONLINE SALE additional Options will now be active |
Is sub-category | NO - The category is a main category and requires a URL. YES - The category is a subcategory, and products with this sub-category will show up inside the main category to further group the products into subsections. Note: This variable will only appear if For POS & Online Orders is set to YES |

Voucher Options
Require contact details | Yes – When product is sold at POS, the operator will be required to enter the customer's contact details. |
Require barcode | Yes – When a physical voucher or gift card is sold at POS, the operator must enter the unique barcode printed on the card (only relevant for Product Type = Facility Voucher or Gift Voucher) |

To add category attributes, first save the new category. Once saved, the Add Attribute option will become available.

Stop Sell | Yes - the attribute is unavailable for selection, either temporarily or permanently. No - the attribute remains available for selection. |
Required | Yes - the customer is required to choose an option. For example, with a "Size" attribute that includes Small, Medium, and Large, the customer must select one size. No - it doesn’t matter if the customer selects an option. For example, with a "Sauce" attribute (Tomato Sauce, Mustard, BBQ), the customer can choose a sauce or leave it unselected without affecting the order. |
Show Online | Yes - the attribute will appear online when using table ordering No - it will be hidden from online customers but will still be visible in POS. Note: By default, the Show Online setting is set to No. It must be changed to Yes if the attribute needs to be displayed for online table ordering. |
Multiple Allowed | Yes - Customers can choose multiple options (e.g., selecting both Cheese and Pickles as burger toppings). No - Only one option can be selected. For example, with the "Multiple" setting set to N for a "Size" attribute (Small, Medium, Large), customers can only choose one size, not multiple. |

To add an image, scroll down to Images and click on the upload symbol next the Large image.
Click on Drop Your Image Here.
Upload your image with recommend dimensions of 320x240 px and click CONFIRM.
