How to test POS terminal is printing correctly

To ensure your POS is printing correctly, please follow the steps below.



Things you'll need to conduct this test:

  • VenueSumo POS Terminal login;
  • Printers added to your VenueSumo Backoffice (Settings > Location);
  • Printer Groups added to you VenueSumo POS Terminal login (Settings > Logins);


  1. Login to your POS Terminal with your login.



  2. Go to Orders section.



  1. Click on the green "Print" or "Receipt" button.



    Click both the "Receipt" and "Counter Docket" to instruct a Print Job.



    This should print a receipt to the thermal printer connected.

    If this did not work, check PrintNode settings or contact VenueSumo Support.
