Party Invitation Requirements

Venue Sumo allows you to create and send automated party invitations to the guests organising the party.

Here are the requirements for your party invitation to be imported successfully into Venue Sumo:

• Jpeg or PNG
• A4
• High resolution
• Fields for the following: All fields are optional depending on your preference.
  • Birthday Child's name
  • Age
  • Date
  • Time
  • Location Address
  • RSVP (Phone Number)
  • Arrival Time (15mins early etc)
  • Start/ end time
  • QR waiver
• Space in the bottom corner for a QR Code (Venue Sumo automatically generates this QR code per invitation).
• Please include a call of action similar to the below to prompt the party guest to sign their waiver
  • e.g. "Sign Waiver Here", "You must sign a waiver to come to this party"
