Steps to Obtain the URL Link:

1. Access the Settings of what you want to link to

  • Log in to your Venue Sumo Backoffice.

  • Navigate to the Details section of the Facility, Facility Product or Event you wish to link to.


2. Locate the URL Field

  • Within the settings, find the URL field for the specific item you want to link to: Facility, Facility Product, or Event. This field will contain the URL structure for each item.


3. Copy the URL

  • Click on the URL field for the item (Facility, Product, or Event) you want to create a direct link for.

  • Copy the URL provided.


4. Add the URL to the TAG Field in Your Booking Site URL

  • Go to the TAG field within your booking site URL.

  • Paste the copied URL into the TAG field. This ensures that the specific item (Facility, Facility Product, or Event) is properly linked and viewable on your booking site.


5. Use the URL

  • You can now use this URL to directly link to the Facility, Product, or Event on your platform. Simply paste the link wherever you need it, such as in emails, social media posts, or on your website.
