How to charge for a booking with a balance due

There may be occasions where a booking that allows deposits (typically a birthday party or group product) check in to your venue and have not paid the Total amount yet. 

When you attempt to check in this guest, you will get a warning that the booking has an outstanding balance. 

Click the "Booking details" link which will give you the option to "Charge" item with the guests preferred payment method.
