Verify payments are reaching your merchant accounts (Day 2)

To ensure that Card payments are being paid to your merchant account, we recommend that you run the Daily Banking Report within Reports and compare this to the daily statements from your merchant provider.

This can be done after your first day of trade and when you have your merchant payment provider statements.

Things you'll need to conduct this test:

• VenueSumo Backoffice login; and
• Access to your merchant online portal or daily statements.

1. Login to VenueSumo Backoffice.

   
   
   

2. Go to Reports > Banking Reports and open "Daily Banking".

   
   
   

3. Reconcile the transactions here versus what your merchant paid. Let VenueSumo Support know if you have any discrepancies for investigation.
