SMS Roles

Roles help define what each user can do within the system, ensuring proper access control based on responsibilities.

There are three different roles specific to SMS:

• Manage SMS Templates
• Send SMS Messages

• Edit SMS Content

  
  
  

  If a use lacks the Manage SMS Templates role, they will not be able to create or edit SMS Templates

  If a user lacks the Send SMS role, the SMS option is hidden.

  If a user lacks the Edit SMS Content role, they must use a pre-made template and cannot modify the message.
