Create a Weekly Class for Members

Navigate to Operations > Facilities

Create the Facility as per normal but ensure FOR MEMBERS = Yes

Navigate to Operations > Memberships and within the Membership Package:

Click on LINKED FACILITIES to add any relevant membership facilities.

LIMIT USAGE = Yes

LIMIT USATE TO = 1/1 Week

You can set up multiple class levels (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced) linked to the membership, with usage restricted to 1 per week. This ensures customers can only book one class per week. However, if a parent wants to book their three children—each with a separate membership—into the same class, they can easily do so in a single transaction. Each child’s membership number will be used to secure their spot, allowing the parent to book for multiple children at once without any hassle.
