How to redeem membership benefits in the back office (ADMIN)

Navigate to Orders > Create New Order

• Add items to shopping cart as per normal
• At checkout, enter the member number in the Add voucher or promo code section
• If there's a valid discount, the customer’s photo will pop up for staff verification, and any valid discounts will be automatically applied
