How to test POS terminal is printing correctly
To ensure your POS is printing correctly, please follow the steps below.
Things you'll need to conduct this test:
- VenueSumo POS Terminal login;
- Printers added to your VenueSumo Backoffice (Settings > Location);
- Printer Groups added to you VenueSumo POS Terminal login (Settings > Logins);
Login to your POS Terminal with your login.
Go to Orders section.
Click on the green "Print" or "Receipt" button.
Click both the "Receipt" and "Counter Docket" to instruct a Print Job.
This should print a receipt to the thermal printer connected.
If this did not work, check PrintNode settings or contact VenueSumo Support.
