How to add permanent discount buttons to the POS

This document explains how to create a discount that is always available for use in POS

1. Navigate to Operations > Discount and lick on + New Discount button

2. Fill in the relevant fields

   Mandatory fields include:

   Name = Meaningful name of what the discount is

   Code = A short descriptive code

   Active = Yes

   Admin Only = No

   For POS = Yes

   For Members = NO

   Member Type =

   Discount by Duration = No

   Amount = enter the number for the percentage

   Per Product = No

   Is Voucher = No

   Auto generate Vouchers = No

   
   
   

   Leave everything else blank

   

3. Click the SAVE button

4. After clicking 'Save,' a section to add filters will appear. Click Add Location

5. If you have multiple venues, select each one where the discount will be available

6. Press SAVE and the discount will be available immediately
