How to Access VenueSumo Support

This guide walks you through reaching VenueSumo support and setting up access to the Customer Portal.

1. Go to the Support Site

Navigate to https://help.venuesumo.com

2. Submit a Ticket on the Site

Once on help.venuesumo.com, use the site's ticket form to submit your question or issue directly. Include as much detail as possible so the support team can help quickly. Click 'Submit a Request' in the top right hand corner.

3. Or Email Support Directly

Prefer email? Send your request to support@venuesumo.com and a team member will respond.

4. Request Customer Portal Access

On the support site, click the "Customer Portal" button and enter your email address to request access.

5. Activate Your Portal Account

Check your inbox for an activation email and click the activation link inside it. This link will log you into the Customer Portal, where you can view and manage your support tickets.
