How to Cancel a Customers Membership in the Back Office (Admin)
While the membership is paused, the customer will not be able to benefit from any of the associated membership perks or privileges.
Access the Membership Order:
How to Access a Customers Membership Order
Click on "Cancel Membership"
In the Details tab, click the hamburger icon next to the membership you want to cancel, and select "Cancel Membership" from the dropdown menu
Complete Cancellation in the Pop-Up Window:
The END DATE will be automatically calculated based on the settings in the membership product. This date can be overridden.

Select a Reason from the dropdown list (if cancellation reasons have been created).
Check the box to send a confirmation email to the customer (optional).
Choose either "Save" or "Cancel" to proceed.
