Access a Customers Membership Order

When a customer purchases a membership, all membership details are stored within the order. You can access the order through the customer record.

1. Locate the Order in the Customer Record:

   Go to Customers > View Customers

   Search for and select the customer whose membership you want to manage.

   Within the Memberships tab, click the hamburger icon next to the membership you want to manage, then select View Order.

   

   
   

   You will now see the Membership Order:

   

   
   

2. Locate the Order in the Membership Report:

   Go to Reports > Membership Details

   Select filters as required and click View

   Search for the name of the customer whose Membership you wish to locate

   Click on the Order ID to see a summary of the Membership

   Press View Order to see the Membership Order
