Create a Facility Discount Valid only on Weekends

Products, events, and extras must be specified when creating a Facility discount.

Navigate to Operations > Discounts

1. Click on + New Discount button

2. Create membership discounts using Operations - Discounts guide, ensuring:

   For Members = YES

   Member Type = MEMBER

   For POS = NO

3. Scroll down to include any restrictions (for example discount not valid on weekdays)
4. Click SAVE button
5. After saving, a FILTERS section appears. Click the Add Location button and select the venue where this discount will be used.  If a location is not added, the discount won't be available
6. Once the location is added, click on the hamburger icon to add facilities and/or events which are eligible for this discount.
7. Once the facilities/events are added, click on the hamburger icon to select the products and/or extra’s that are eligible for this discount.

Example: 10% Off Fun Activities on Weekends

First you need to Add Location then save

Next you must Add Facilities then save

Lastly, you must Add Products & Extras then save

Membership benefits are applied automatically when the customer enters their membership number. For example, a weekend-only discount won’t apply to weekday tickets but will automatically apply to weekend tickets.
