Create Membership Benefits with Discounts


New or updated discounts will apply to existing members, so proceed carefully when making changes.


  1. Create the Discounts:

    Go to Operations > Discounts

    Use guide Create a Discount for Memberships

    Multiple discounts can be created to link to a membership


  2. Locate the Membership Product:

    Go to Operations > Memberships

    Click on the Membership you want to link the discount to


  3. Click EDIT:

    Scroll down to Membership Usage


  4. Click Linked Discounts:

    A dropdown will display all active discounts with setting For Members = YES, select the relevant ones (more than on can be selected)


  5. Click SAVE


  6. The discount is linked to the membership product. Customers who bought the membership will receive any added discounts automatically, even if purchased earlier. If a discount is removed, those customers will lose access to it.
