Create a 20% Weekend-Only Facility Discount for Members

1. Go to:

   Operations > Discounts

2. Complete the fields:

   Refer to the Operations – Discounts guide for full details on each discount setting.

   Example, for a 20% Discount off Jumping on weekends only, the following settings are required:

   • Name = 20% Off Jumping on Weekends
   • Amount = 20%
   • For POS Sales Only = NO
   • Create Single Use Codes = NO
   • For Members Only = YES
   • Member Type = Member
   • Restrictions = Add Monday through Friday, to prevent this discount from being redeemed on weekdays
   • Booking Product Types = Facility

3. Save the Membership Product:

   Click SAVE

   
   

4. Add Locations:

   Click Add Location

   Select the location/s where this discount will be valid

   Click SAVE

   

5. Add Facilities:

   Click on the hamburger icon next to the Location

   Select Add Facilities from the dropdown menu

   Select the Facilities against which this discount can be redeemed

   Click SAVE

   

6. Add Products:

   Click on the hamburger icon next to each of the Facilities that you have added

   Select Add Products & Extras from the dropdown menu

   Select the Products and Extras against which this discount can be redeemed

   Click SAVE

   

7. Link the Discount to a Membership Product:

   Use guide How to create Membership Benefits with Discounts to link the discount to a membership

   
   

8. Redeem the discount:

   Membership benefits are applied automatically when the customer enters their membership number. For example, a weekend-only discount won’t apply to weekday tickets but will automatically apply to weekend tickets.
