New Features

Kitchen Display System

Station and Expo order screens

Each preparation area can run its own Station order queue, and a venue can use one Station, several Stations, or Expo alone as its central order screen. Expo is opened from POS and shows the whole order across every Station, with over-the-counter items grouped under No Station. Staff can process, rush, park, split, complete, print, search and recall orders while viewing notes, timing and action history.

  • Products are routed to a Station through Printer Group / Station on the POS product. Unrouted items appear in Expo under No Station as read-only.

  • Each POS login is assigned a POS Facility, Station, Printer and a card grid of Columns and Rows. Hide Expo controls whether a login can open Expo.

  • POS facility settings add Show Expo, Default KDS Order Status, Warning Interval, Overdue Interval and Chime For New Orders. Warning and overdue thresholds are blank by default.

  • Kitchen dockets include the terminal, order number and tab ID.

Bookings and availability

Quantity-and-duration availability

Customers choose a quantity and a duration before selecting a valid time, supporting bowling, lane hire and other activities where the whole group must fit into one availability pool. Availability results reset when the quantity or duration changes. Show All Availability Pools (off by default, under Settings > Global Configuration) lets staff select a specific pool.

Reporting

Configurable reports and exports

Authorised administrators can configure reports, filters, result sections, access, PDF layouts and export options from the Reports page. Supported reports export to Excel (preserving raw values), CSV or PDF, with a configurable maximum row count, and selected reports can be scheduled per location for daily, weekly or monthly email delivery.

New management and finance outputs: Transactions, Card Logs, Delivery Logs, Product Sales Summary, Transaction Splits, discount-voucher exports, and NetSuite sales, earned-revenue and accounts-receivable exports.

Payments

Payment Terms, wallets and terminal tipping

  • Reusable Payment Terms (for example prepayment or account terms) under Finances > Payment Terms, with a single enforced default applied to new contracts.

  • Expanded Apple Pay and Google Pay support across Adyen and Windcave, with a shared Adyen platform module and a processing screen during Adyen payments.

  • Ask for tip? on eligible payment terminals.

  • Add to Wallet for eligible membership passes.

Improvements

POS operations

  • Table and stand numbers can be captured on supported POS tabs and are included on orders, dockets and receipts.

  • POS note and receipt actions display the correct stand and action controls.

  • Managers can select POS facilities and payment terminals when editing login details.

  • The POS login screen and left-hand navigation are responsive.

Back Office and venue setup

  • Customer management uses clearer mobile cards, compact navigation and customer-focused wording.

  • Discount vouchers can be bulk-created from a list of customer email addresses, and exported with selectable columns.

  • Location Groups and sales-integration settings provide additional configuration for authorised users.

  • Stock details include product weight and an optional single stock-tracking location.

  • Contextual help tooltips are available on supported fields across product categories, POS products, memberships, session vouchers, gift cards, gift vouchers and discounts, activated per venue, page and field.

  • Product Categories, invoice-field editing and navigation layouts are clearer and more responsive.

  • Address suggestions return suburb matches more quickly through cached autocomplete.

Booking Site experience

  • Venues can require customer names during booking, request country, and collect dates of birth only where a membership requires them.

  • SMS marketing opt-in fields are available in the order flow.

  • Customers in in-app social media browsers are prompted to open checkout in their standard browser.

Fixes

Bookings

  • Quantity decrease controls work correctly on the Booking Site.

  • Booking-summary actions wrap correctly on smaller Back Office screens.

  • Membership details can be copied from contact details during staff payment workflows.

  • Amending a booking with Same Date/Time no longer causes a server error.

Payments

  • Adyen 3D Secure opens more reliably (fingerprint and challenge handling, modal sizing) and shows clearer declined-payment messages.

  • Adyen Components work correctly on booking amendment payment pages and respect the active payment gateway.

  • Google Pay No longer times out or fails authentication during normal processing.

  • Windcave Apple Pay completes the wallet payment sheet, prevents duplicate submissions and handles anchor links in the return URL.

  • All providers Venue names containing apostrophes no longer break checkout.

  • All providers Wallet options appear consistently across supported payment pages.

  • Recurring payment buttons behave correctly.

Back Office consistency

  • Form buttons, validation messages, placeholders, badge defaults and dropdown symbols behave consistently.

  • Resending emails validates correctly.

After Updating

  • Verify Default KDS Order Status before using KDS in live service. Existing facilities may be set to Complete, which is not normally the intended starting status.

  • KDS station is empty? Check printer-group routing, venue date and time, the login’s Station assignment and Default KDS Order Status.

  • Expo is missing? Both the facility’s Show Expo and the login’s Hide Expo setting must allow it.

  • KDS cards never become due or overdue? Warning and overdue intervals are blank by default; set them on the POS facility.

  • Booking time is unavailable? Check every applicable day, pool, duration and capacity rule, and confirm the full group and duration fit into one pool.

  • Payment option is missing? Check the gateway, merchant and location setup, device or browser, and token-storage requirements.

  • Tooltip is missing? Confirm matching active help content exists for the exact page and field.
