Linkly Cloud Pairing Guide for VenueSmart/Amtek Installers
The below instructions are VenueSumo's pairing guide for Linkly cloud integration for VenueSmart/Amtek Installers
1. Login to the VenueSumo back office. (Temporary credentials will be supplied with the job or the venue owners will be able to login to the back-office.)
2. Once logged in, go to Settings > Location
3. Select the venue location you would like to pair with Linkly.
4. Choose the "Payment Terminals" tab
5. The correct payment terminals should be listed ready for pairing
6. Click on the relevant row to add the Linkly Cloud Username and Linkly Cloud Password and click save.
7. After saving the details, initiate pairing mode on the device, click on the ellipses and click "Pair Terminal" and enter the Pairing code that is displayed on the device.
8. When pairing has completed successfully you will get the following message
9. To test the terminal, login to VenueSumo POS to put through a test transaction. The venue manager/owner should be able to assist to put through a transaction.
It's important to make sure that each device is logged in with the correct POS login credentials which can be easily identified in the top right corner of the POS screen
It also may take up to 2 minutes for the device to download config from Linkly after pairing and during this time the POS will report a "Pinpad Busy" message when attempting to initiate a transaction.
10. Use the quick charge button to initiate a transaction with the connected terminal
11. Once the sale has been finalised, a refund can be processed by navigating to the orders, bringing up the latest order and clicking the refund icon next to the relevant transaction.
12. If there is more than 1 payment terminal, repeat steps 9 to 11 for each device.
It's important to make sure that each device is logged in with the correct POS login credentials which can be easily identified in the top right corner of the POS screen

To download Linkly Cloud Slave app VER 13.13 must be ENABLED on TMSPREVENT DOWNLOADS - DISABLED (NOT SELECTED) IN TMS to be able to download the Linkly Slave APP by pressing FUNC 103
The pinpad will show download star progress bar then restart after completing the Linkly Slave app download.
CONNECT WIFI
FUNC 100 Press OK
Enable WIFI
Press Scan networks and connect WIFI
WIFI symbol green, Press Cancel.
SETUP LINKLY CLOUD
Press FUNC

Troubleshooting:
If pinpad pairing does not appear
1. Linkly Slave APP not downloaded on pinpad
2. Host Address is incorrect and needs to be entered lowercase
3. WIFI not connected is orange (INCORRECT PASSWORD)
