Create a Session Voucher for Memberships
Session vouchers are activity-based passes that grant customers access to specific facilities or services for a defined number of sessions or duration. Unlike monetary gift cards, these vouchers are tailored to particular activities, making them ideal for multi-visit passes, promotional offers, or membership perks.
This product is incredibly flexible, offering a wide range of options and variations.
Users are encouraged to experiment with different settings to discover the best setup for their needs.

Click:
+ New Session Voucher Product
Configure the Session Voucher:
Discounts can be set as either a percentage or a fixed amount and applied across various channels—online, POS, and admin. You can define usage limits, active timeframes, and applicable products.
To create a Session Voucher, follow the Operations - Session Vouchers guide.
Specifically for a Membership Session Voucher, use these settings:
Name - Use a meaningful name, prefixed with "Membership:" for easy identification.
Voucher Prefix - MEM
Cost - ZERO
Click:
SAVE
Add Locations:
After saving, a Linked Products and Extra's section appears.
Click the PLUS sign to add Locations.
Although Locations are added, the vouchers will not work without a facility linked.
Add Facilities:
Click the hamburger icon next to each location, and click Add Facilities from the dropdown.
Select the Facilities
Click SAVE
Although Facilities are added, the vouchers will not work without a product linked.
Add Products and Extras:
Click the hamburger icon next to each location, and click Add Products and Extra's from the dropdown.
Select the Products and Extra's
Click SAVE
Link to a Membership:
Create Membership Benefits with Linked Vouchers to link the session voucher to a membership product.
