Create Membership Benefits with Linked Vouchers

Memberships may include session vouchers, essentially multi-visit passes. These can be customised, offering options like a set number of sessions, unlimited off-peak access, one free session per day, etc. All are valid only if the customer holds an active membership during the booking period.

Newly added linked vouchers apply only to future membership purchases, not to existing members.

1. Create the Session Voucher:

   Go to Operations > Session Vouchers

   Use guide Create a Session Voucher for Memberships

   Multiple Session Vouchers can be created to link to a membership

   
   

2. Locate the Membership Product

   Go to Operations > Membership

   Click on the Membership you want to link the discount to

   
   

3. Click EDIT:

   Scroll down to Membership Usage

   
   

4. Click Linked Vouchers:

   A dropdown will display all active Session Vouchers. If the suggested naming convention was used, the Membership Specific Session Vouchers will be easy to identify.

   Select the relevant ones (more than on can be selected)

   

5. Click SAVE

   
   

6. The Session Voucher is linked to the membership product.

   Customers who purchase the Membership will automatically benefit from any valid session vouchers by typing their Customer Id in the Add Voucher or Promo Code section at checkout.
