How to Pause a Customers Membership in the Back Office (Admin)
While the membership is paused, the customer will not be able to benefit from any of the associated membership perks or privileges.
Access the Membership Order:

Click on "Pause Membership"
In the Details tab, click the hamburger icon next to the membership you want to pause, and select "Pause Membership" from the dropdown menu
Complete Pause in the Pop-Up Window:
Enter the pause date and resume date.
Select a pause reason from a dropdown (if this option is enabled).
If required, check a box to send an email to the client.
If required, check a box to waive any fee that is added to the order (only operators with the Manage Order Fees role can waive or remove membership fees from orders).
Choose either "Save" or "Cancel" to proceed.
How a paused membership appears:
The start and end pause dates will be displayed next to the membership.
