How to Create a New Order Without Taking Payment in the Back Office

If you wish to generate a new order without accepting payment immediately, you can proceed with the following steps. This process will still complete the order and reflect in your bookings and reporting.

1. Once you have reached the fourth step of the process (Payment), click on the "Change Amount" button in the order summary.

2. Change the amount to "0.00" and press "Save".

3. The order summary should now reflect a payable now balance of "$0.00". You will see that the total amount due is still outstanding, however you can now process the order without taking payment on the spot.

4. Click "Create Order" to process.
