How to send a payment link for a booking or a whole order (Multiple Bookings)
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This guide shows you how to send a customer a payment link after their order has been created, so they can pay a deposit or remaining balance by card. You can send a link for a single booking or for the whole order.
Which payment link should I send?
Link | Use it when | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
Booking payment link | The customer should pay for one booking only, for example a deposit or balance for a single party. | View Booking > Send Payment Requested Email |
Order payment link | The order contains several bookings and the customer should pay for all of them at once. | Order profile > View / Open Payment Link |
Tip: For orders with more than one booking, decide early whether the customer will pay per booking or for the whole order, so you don't send the wrong link.
Send a payment link for a single booking
Open the order and click View Booking for the booking you want payment for. Or Select How to send a payment link for a booking or a whole order or select View Bookings and search for the single booking directly.
Click Send (The grey button in the order summary) > Payment Request Email.
The customer receives an email that opens a payment page. They enter their card details and pay the amount due, such as the deposit or remaining balance.
Send a payment link for the whole order
Open the order profile in View Orders.
Click View > Open Payment Link to generate a link for the entire order.
Copy the link and paste it into an email to the customer manually.
This link charges the customer for every booking on the order in one payment.
