How to undo a check in

Find the check in you would like to undo, by going to "Check in" and searching for the booking number. 

This will bring up the Booking and give you the option to "Undo Checkin". 

You will require a Supervisor PIN to execute. 

This will change the Booking status from "Checked in" to "Pending".
