How to Cancel a Order/ Booking

You can cancel an Order or Booking by:

1. Finding the Order you would like to cancel the order by search or by selecting from within "View Orders". If you want to cancel the booking click 'View Booking' from the order page.

2. Click "Actions" > "Cancel Order". Or click "Actions" > "Cancel Booking".

3. Add a note for the 'reason for cancelling this order' and click the "Cancel Order" button.
