View and add blocked capacity

1. Go to the right sidebar and click "Orders" and in the sub-menu select "Blocked Capacity".

2. This will allow you to display the blocked capacity once you've selected a "Location". 

3. Add new blocked capacity items by clicking the "New" button.

Complete the details of the blocked capacity by completing the fields. Ensure that you take capacity from the relevant "Availability Pools" by clicking the checkbox and adding a quanity of blocking units.
