When a Customer Tries to Use an Inactive Membership
Memberships can be paused or cancelled for a variety of reasons. If a customer attempts to use an inactive membership, this is what will be displayed.
- If a client tries to make a members-only booking online, this error will appear:
- If the customer tries to use a discount, this error will appear:
- If a customer requests a discount at POS, the operator won't be able to find their record and can't apply the discount.
- If a booking is made in the back office and the staff member attempts to apply the membership discount, a message will appear stating "No valid voucher found."
