Creating different Membership Pause and Cancellation reasons isn’t essential but can help you identify patterns like travel, injury, or financial stress.
Type | Must select either Membership Cancellation or Membership Pause |
Reason | Enter the reason for pausing or canceling the membership (e.g., moving away, injury, financial reasons, vacation) |
Other | Click the Other button to toggle this setting.
Example: If the reason selected is "Dissatisfied with Service," enabling the Other field allows the user to explain specifically why — such as "facility cleanliness," "customer service issues," or "class availability." |
Active | Click the Active button to toggle the status of the reason.
