Create an Adhoc Membership Fee

Once created, this fee can be manually assigned to a customer with an active membership. It will then be included in their next scheduled payment.


  1. Go to:

    Settings > Fees


  2. Click on:

    New Fee (after selecting the location where the fee will be active, if this step is relevant to your business)


  3. Enter the necessary information:

    Name: Use a clear label (e.g. Late Payment Fee, Booking Change Fee) for easy identification.

    Type: Select Adhoc Membership.

    Amount Type: Choose Fixed for a set dollar value or Percentage to charge a percentage of the membership amount.

    Amount: Enter the exact dollar amount (if Fixed) or the percentage value (if Percentage)


  4. Click on:

    Save

    Access a Customers Membership Order

    In the Details tab, click the hamburger icon next to the membership, then select Add Fee from the dropdown.

    Choose the Fee you want to apply to the membership.

    The fee will be applied to the client's next membership payment:
