How a Customer can Amend a Booking

Customers can amend a booking via the Customer Portal, but only if the FACILITY they are amending has a value in the the setting ALLOW AMENDMENTS. The value set (e.g., "2") determines how many hours before the booking time changes are allowed. For example, if set to "2," bookings can be amended up to 2 hour before the class starts.

The customer can update the time, date, ticket type, and number of participants for a session, but bookings cannot be split, and refunds are not available for changes made online.


Customer logs in to their customer portal, and clicks Details within Your Upcoming Bookings:




Then they click on Amend Booking:


If a booking change results in an additional amount due, the customer will be prompted to make the payment immediately, as changes cannot be completed without payment. For changes involving only the time or date, simply click "Confirm Amendment" to finalise the update.

Customers will be alerted that if the new booking has a lower value than the current booking, refunds or credits for the difference will not be provided.
