How to purchase a membership in POS


Login to your POS device

Click on the "Membership" (or the category name you have chosen) tab and add to cart.

When you click on Checkout a window will pop up, prompting the POS operator to enter the name and details of the customer who will be using the membership. Enter the details and press Save

POS Operator will need to click Checkout again.

A new window will open, prompting them to enter the payment details of the person responsible for the membership.

The details entered can either be the same (i.e., the person paying for the membership is also the one benefiting from it) or different (e.g., a parent or guardian paying on behalf of the member).



After pressing Checkout payment can be made via any usual method, but if it's not made with a credit card, the customer's credit card details will still need to be stored for recurring payments.
