How to purchase a membership in the back office (Admin)


If a customer prefers to purchase their membership with staff assistance, this can be done through ADMIN or POS. Payment can be accepted via any usual method, but if it's not made with a credit card, the customer's credit card details will still need to be stored for recurring payments.

Navigate to Orders > Create New Order and change the Order type to Membership

Add the required membership product to the cart and click on Checkout

A pop-up window will allow you to search for and select an existing customer

A warning message will be displayed if the customer already holds a membership


If Multiple memberships are purchased, you will be able to assign each one to a different member
