Create Membership Benefits with Linked Facilities

You can link memberships to a member-only FACILITY by setting the "FOR MEMBERS" variable to "YES" within the facility. This is ideal for restricting access to classes or limited-availability sessions available exclusively for members.


  1. Create the Linked Facility:

    Go to Operations > Facilities

    Use guide Create a Linked Facility for Memberships

    Multiple Linked Facilities can be created to link to a membership


  2. Locate the Membership Product

    Go to Operations > Membership

    Click on the Membership you want to link the discount to


  3. Click EDIT:

    Scroll down to Membership Usage


  4. Click Linked Facilities:

    - A dropdown will display all Facilities that have the setting For Members = YES

    - Set Limit Usage to No if there is no cap on member only session bookings

    - Set Limit Usage to Yes and set Limit Usage To for daily, weekly, or monthly restrictions


    Note: If LIMIT USAGE is set to YES, the restriction applies across all linked facilities. For example, if there are 2 linked facilities and LIMIT USAGE TO is "A maximum of once per week," only one facility can be booked once a week, not each facility.


  1. Click SAVE


  2. The Member only Facility is linked to the membership product.

    Customers who purchase the Membership will need to enter their Member Id to book the Member only Facility.
