How to create Membership Benefits with Linked Facilities

You can link memberships to a member-only FACILITY by setting the "FOR MEMBERS" variable to "YES" within the facility. This is ideal for restricting access to classes or limited-availability sessions available exclusively for members.


Navigate to Operations > Facilities


  • Create the facility as per normal
  • Note: For Members must be set to Yes

Facilities created with For Members = Yes will be displayed online with a lock symbol:

Navigate to Operations > Memberships


  • If you haven’t set up your membership product yet, follow this guide to get started How to create a Membership Product to sell
  • Locate the Membership product you wish to link the discount to
  • Click edit and then scroll down to Linked Facilities
  • Click on the box and a list of all member facilities will be displayed, select the relevant ones (more than one facility can be selected)
  • Set limit to no if there’s no cap on member-only product purchases
  • Adjust set limit for daily, weekly, or monthly restrictions
  • Click SAVE


    Note: If LIMIT USAGE is set to YES, the restriction applies across all linked facilities. For example, if there are 2 linked facilities and LIMIT USAGE TO is "A maximum of once per week," only one facility can be booked once a week, not each facility.
