Ingenico Move/5000 Terminal Commands

The following commands can be used on the payment terminals:

To change whether a merchant copy always prints

1. Enter Func 15 then press the green “OK”
2. Tap the F2/F3 for DOWN/UP on the touch screeen to select "Never Print" or  “Always Print"
3. Press the green OK to save the change

To change whether to prompt for a customer copy

1. Enter Func 16  then press the green “OK”
2. Tap the F2/F3 for DOWN/UP on the touch screeen to select “Always Print", "Never Print" or “Prompt”
3. Press the green OK to save the change

When you are saving these changes, it might appear that nothing happens for half a minute or more and then it will show that it’s downloading the config and logging on again so my recommendation is always wait a minute before trying to send through a transaction again.

To shut down the terminal

1. Take the power cable out the side
2. Hold down the Func and yellow “Clear” buttons together and the screen terminal will shut down.

To turn the terminal on

1. Plug the power cable back in
2. Wait a minute for the pinpad to start up and connect so always do this before logging on to the VenueSumo POS at the start of the day. If it’s not ready, our POS will show a message saying “Pin pad not ready”.
