How to run a report
Welcome to our guide on running and viewing reports to gain valuable insights into your business operations. In this tutorial, we'll explore two methods for accessing and running reports, providing you with a comprehensive overview of transactions and performance across various aspects of your business.
1. Go to 'Reports' tab on the main menu. This is a direct route to accessing all available reports.
2. Alternatively, head back to the dashboard page, where you'll find a quicklink labeled "Reports." Click on this link to access a variety of report categories.
3. Within the Reports section, you'll find categories such as banking, booking, group, management, POS, stock, vouchers, and discounts. Focus on POS reports for insights into your point-of-sale transactions.
4. To run a report, click on the desired category (e.g., Daily Banking). Select the relevant fields, such as the date range or specific filters, and click "View." This action will generate a report displaying transactions within the selected criteria.
