How to add cost variation to a product


There is a number of reasons why you would stop sell a product. For instance you have a Full Venue Hire product that increases in price on Sunday's. If this applies to your venue the "Cost Variations" function in the product level could be right for you.


  1. Go to Operations > Facility > product of choice

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Edit". Here you can press the "+" sign next to "Cost Variations".

  1. Pick your desired fields. Some examples are:
  • Just adding days of the week and a different cost. This could be used for weekend price increase.
  • Adding Booking (From/ To) and a different cost. This could be used for a holiday period price increase.
  • Adding Created (From/ To) and a diiferent cost. This could be used for a limited time deal price decrease.
  • You can also differ the costs in venue online or for members.

  1. Make sure to save your changes.
