How to add cost variation to a product
There is a number of reasons why you would stop sell a product. For instance you have a Full Venue Hire product that increases in price on Sunday's. If this applies to your venue the "Cost Variations" function in the product level could be right for you.
- Go to Operations > Facility > product of choice
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Edit". Here you can press the "+" sign next to "Cost Variations".
- Pick your desired fields. Some examples are:
- Just adding days of the week and a different cost. This could be used for weekend price increase.
- Adding Booking (From/ To) and a different cost. This could be used for a holiday period price increase.
- Adding Created (From/ To) and a diiferent cost. This could be used for a limited time deal price decrease.
- You can also differ the costs in venue online or for members.
- Make sure to save your changes.
