How to refund Orders paid online with credit card

You may need to refund Orders paid for online with a credit card.


Refunding Orders made online needs to take place in the Backoffice.

(Note - you will need to ensure that your user login has "ALLOW ONLINE REFUND" set to "YES")


Login to Backoffice.


Use the "Search" bar to find the Order you want to refund by using the Order number or person's name. Click into the Order that needs refunding.


Within the Order, click the "Transactions" tab.


Look for the "Online" method transaction, that has a "Receipt #" recorded against it. Click on the '3 dots" icon in that row and click "Refund".


Enter the "Refund Amount" and click "Process Refund".
